William “Bill” Nunez graduated Rider University in 1976 with a BS in Commerce (Marketing) and joined IBM selling small business computers before launching his career in the SW Florida Real Estate and Home-building industries in 1979. A Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida since 1982, Bill has pursued a career in the marketing, sales and construction of in excess of 2000 homes, ranging from entry level affordable homes to multimillion dollar high end residential properties, including Multifamily and small commercial projects. Bill has a keen sense of values, nearly 30 years of market knowledge, and deep local experience.
Joel Morimanno started his career in the United States Air Force in Law Enforcement as a Military Police and then attended Indiana University. He later worked as a Regional Sales Rep for DuPont Corian serving Regional accounts throughout the Midwest. In 1999 Joel became licensed to sell Real Estate in Indiana, and in 2000 became a State Certified Building Contractor in Indiana, Michigan and later in Florida where he specialized in new construction, investment properties, and the restoration of fire and water damaged properties. He was also involved in the construction of new single family homes and the refurbishing of investment properties for resale. Joel holds as active Real Estate license in the State of Indiana and Florida. Joel extreme dedication to customer service and satisfaction makes him a valuable resource for any asset manger.
Christine Morimanno spent the first nine years of her business career with AT&T as an Account Executive where she maintained and grew revenue through her client base and capture of new clients. She demonstrated the ability to engage the proper resources to offer complex solutions to her customers. In addition to her responsibilities at AT&T, she also helped her husband Joel as his partner in their construction and restoration business with due diligence support, bookkeeping and interior design services. Chris graduated from Ivy Tech State College in 2005 with a degree in Interior Design. She maintains an extensive portfolio of services that include both technical and design applications. Chris holds an active Real Estate license in the State of Indiana and Florida.
